This program offers services to the mainstream population as well as immigrants and refugees living in Delta or Surrey, providing counseling in either the child’s first language or English. Through individual and group counseling, the objective of the program is to work with children who have witnessed or been subjected to abuse in the home and help them learn to cope with the impact of the trauma. Additionally, this program aims at preventing violence against women in relationships and breaking the cycle of violent behavior in future relationships. Services are available in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, Farsi, Korean and English.
