If you need mental health or substance use support, DIVERSEcity’s Counselling Services department is here to help you and your whole family with free, culturally sensitive, confidential help in your first language. Our highly trained, compassionate counsellors and clinicians, registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), can support your journey to emotional wellbeing. During COVID-19, our counselling sessions are primarily by telephone.
Our programs address the needs of immigrants and refugees in their adjustment to the changes, challenges and losses that come with immigrating to a new country.
