Are you between the age of 15 to 30?

Need a job but do not have a plan? We can help! Discover your aptitude and the matching career. Explore your career options and pick up on job search techniques. Get the essential skills and training you need to succeed in a work place. You will have the opportunity for work experience placement and learn on the job!

Program Eligibility:

  • Between the ages of 15 to 30
  • Immigrant and refugee youth; Permanent Residents (PR) and Canadian Citizens welcome
  • Unemployed or Underemployed working less than 20 hours/week
  • Non-EI eligible

Future Leaders Program

Be a part of a youth focused employment program and get help to achieve your dream career.

Stream A: Group Based Employability Skills and Work Experience

Do you learn better in a group setting? Do you want to improve your employability? Future Leaders Stream A will help you do that. Attend engaging workshops, improve your job readiness and employability skills, and gain life skills. 6 weeks of group based learning, followed by a 10-week paid work experience to build your job experience.

Steam B: Individual Skills Enhancement, Post-Secondary Training Courses and Work Experience

Do you have a class you want to take after high school? Future Leaders Stream B can help! Get help with your tuition and expand your career options. Attend the course you’ve always wanted to take and work your way to your dream job. Get one-on-one coaching for career exploration and employability skills. Don’t be afraid to go to school! Post Secondary course followed by a 12 week paid work experience.

Future Troopers Program

The Future Troopers Program offers flexibility to fit your schedule. Whether if it’s a full-time or part-time course or training you want to take, we can help you. Receive the skills training and earn the Canadian Employer Recognized Certification you need. Our Employment Specialists will aid you in the course you want to take and help you find a job! We also offer extraordinary support such as help with transportation, getting work clothes, and tools for the job.

YES Mentorship Program

The YES Mentorship Program aims to connect youth to industry leader mentors. From the mentorship, we want to inspire youths and build capacity, employability, networks, and foster entrepreneurship. Through supportive, caring, and trusting relationships with mentors, we want to help guide youths in their career journey or self-employment endeavors.

A Call for Mentors:

We are looking for volunteers of diverse professional backgrounds. By participating in this program as a mentor, you will have the opportunity to refine your leadership skills, develop talent for future prospects, and make a difference to a mentee in need! Engage in a fulfilling mentoring relationship with a client and make a positive impact on their lives.
