We can’t stop reflecting on the inspiring words shared at our sold-out Women’s Leadership Forum — a space where women connected and learned from a panel of inspiring women leaders. One thought-provoking question asked the panelists what advice they would offer as we continue to grow, lead and #bloom. Nadine Nakagawa, New Westminster City Councillor said, “let's go on audaciously and take up these spaces, say what we need to say and just bring people with you. Because that's how we do it in a way that that's safe and supportive for us.” Thank you again to Nadine for taking part of the event. #ForPeopleForCommunities #IWD2025 #minervabc #surreybc #newwestminster #women Minerva BC ... Two weeks later, we’re reflecting on the inspiring words shared at our sold-out Women’s Leadership Forum — a space where women gathered to learn from an incredible panel of women leaders. One question asked the panelists: What advice would you share as we continue to grow, lead and #bloom? “Bring your whole self to the room,” said Karen Dosanjh, Vice President, Marketing, OSI Digital. “Don’t leave the best parts at the door ... Use your voice, even if it shakes a little bit sometimes.” Thank you again to Karen for your wise words and for being a part of the event. #ForPeopleForCommunities #IWD2025 #minervabc #surreybc #vancouverbc #osidigital Minerva BC ...
