Coping with Anxiety for Teens

Learn to overcome anxiety at school and life!

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health factors for teens and it can negatively impact their life in many different areas. It can affect your physical health, school attendance, academic performance, and your relationships with parents and friends.

This workshop, offered by DIVERSEcity’s Surrey Anti-Gang Family Empowerment (SAFE) Clinical Counselling program, provides youth with psychoeducation about anxiety and practical tools and strategies to effectively cope with anxiety.
