Learn ways to cope with your mental health and heal with a community.

Get strategies to enhance your lifestyle, manage your emotions, feel encouraged and deal with depressive feelings.

Join to get support with:

• Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness, or hopelessness
• Outbursts of anger or irritability and frustration over small matters
• Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or over sleeping

Language support in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu will be available.
