Learn ways to cope with your mental health and heal with a community.

Get strategies to enhance your lifestyle, manage your emotions, feel encouraged and deal with depressive feelings.

Join to get support with:

• Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness, or hopelessness
• Outbursts of anger or irritability and frustration over small matters
• Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or oversleeping

Language support in Punjabi and English will be available.

Every other Tuesday, 10:30 am – 12 pm,
from February 7 to April 4, 2023

Adults (19+) experiencing difficulties with their mood and depressive symptoms
