Family Relaxation Workshop (Online)

Support your family through stressful times!

Join this online workshop to learn mindfulness and coping exercises to use as a family. By attending, you will learn tips to help support each other and bond.

This workshop is a part of an ongoing Healthy Family series occurring on Wednesdays between April and May. The final event will take place in-person with the aim of asking questions, receiving support and connecting with new friends and families. Snacks and bus tickets will be provided.
