This program supports low-income families and seniors looking to eat healthier, improve their cooking skills and make new friends.
Join the FoodFit program and make a six-week commitment to becoming a healthier you. You will:
• Improve your cooking skills
• Learn new healthy recipes
• Join in on a 30-minute exercise class each week
