Are you a senior looking to eat healthier, move more and make new friends? Join the FoodFit program and make a four-week commitment to becoming a healthier you. You will:
• Improve your cooking skills
• Learn new recipes
• Join in a 30-minute exercise class each week
Thursdays, 10 am – 12 pm
February 18, 25 and March 4, 11, 18, 25, 2021
Who’s eligible?
• Low-income seniors of any immigration status
• Must be able to participate in English
