Are you a Punjabi speaking senior looking to eat healthier, move more and make new friends? Join the FoodFit program and make a 12-week commitment to becoming a healthier you. You will:
• Improve your cooking skills
• Learn new recipes
• Join in a 30-minute exercise class each week
Wednesdays, 10 am – 12 pm
Starting September 29, 2021, for 12 weeks
• Low-income seniors of any immigration status
• Punjabi speakers
