Develop healthy self-esteem and improve your mental health!
Healthy self-esteem is an important factor in our happiness and wellbeing. A lack of self-esteem in youth can lead to a range of challenges and risks, including joining gangs, experiencing bullying and developing social anxiety.
By participating in this three-session online workshop, offered by DIVERSEcity’s Surrey Anti-Gang Family Empowerment Program (SAFE) Clinical Counselling program, you can gain the tools you need to build a strong sense of self-esteem and improve your psychological wellbeing in order to overcome the social challenges you face at school and in the community.
