Are you a senior looking to eat healthier, move more and make new friends? Join the FoodFit program and make a six-week commitment to becoming a healthier you. You will:
• Improve your cooking skills
• Learn new recipes
• Join in a 30-minute exercise class each week
• Share healthy meals with new friends
Thursdays, 10 am – 12 pm
October 22, 29 and November 5, 12, 19, 26
and December 3, 2020
• Low-income seniors of any immigration status
• Must be able to participate in English
