10–18 years old are invited to join us for free mixed martial art classes,
hosted in partnership with Factory Fresh Jiu Jitsu and Commonwealth
Sport Canada’s SportWORKS. No equipment or uniform is required.
Wednesdays, June 7, 14, 21, 28 & July 5 & 12, 2023
• Girls class, 4:50–6 pm
Fridays, June 9, 16, 23, 30 & July 7 & 14, 2023
• Boys class, 4:50–6 pm
