Get counselling support in this free group for family members (women only) affect by substance use.
Support provided in Pubjabi, Hindi, Urdu and English. Topics include:
- Misconceptions about alcohol and drugs
- Effects of substance use on the family
- Supporting role of family members
- Stress and self-care management
- Communication and relationship skills
- Relapse awareness and prevention plan
Please note that this support group includes 8 sessions starting June 16, 2019 every Sundays from 3 pm – 4 pm.
