Through the Stories of Strength program, you will receive culturally appropriate, trauma-informed training, coaching and ongoing support to facilitate open discussions within cultural communities about violence, particularly concerning women, men, seniors and youth. Become a Community Champion and be an active part of removing the stigma surrounding sexual violence and a steward in facilitating safe spaces for dialogue. ![]()

According to program coordinator Nishika, “Our trauma-aware and culturally safe approach ensures compassionate assistance for all individuals impacted by sexual violence. From accompaniments for legal, medical or justice appointments to referrals, resources, advocacy, learning options and emotional support, we are here for you on your healing journey.” ![]()
