DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society is pleased to announce the election of the Board of Directors for 2023–2024 at its 45th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2023. Directors were later elected into officer roles as follows:

Upkar is the Chief Technology Officer at Oxus Machine Works Inc. He has been a member of DIVERSEcity’s Board since 2019.
Amy Gill, CPA, CGA

Amy is Director of Finance at Thomas Downie Holdings. She has been a member of DIVERSEcity’s Board since 2020.

Secretary
Kam is Vice President, RBC Commercial Financial Services. She has been a member of DIVERSEcity’s Board since 2021.
Sonia Parmar, CPA, CGA, TEP

Sonia is a partner at David Pel & Company. She has been a member of DIVERSEcity’s Board since 2020.
Jane Shin
Jane is Vice President of Students & Community Development at Vancouver Community College. She has been a member of DIVERSEcity’s Board since 2018.

Jason is founder of Beta Collective and YVR Prep. He has been a member of DIVERSEcity’s Board since 2020.
James Delorme
Director at large
James Delorme is an Indigenous digital specialist, leaders and solopreneur. His background as former Chief of the Klahoose First Nation gives him a unique perspective in the digital spaces.
Susan Wells
Director at large
Susan Wells has 30 years’ experience building, operating and transforming organizations in the hospitality, technology, and public service sectors. She is a new member of the board.
