In this role, Daljit provides one-on-one coaching, mentorship and resource support to participating grassroots organizations. Dr. Daljit Gill-Badesha is a seasoned social impact leader with 30 years of experience across the non-profit and government sectors in BC and nationally. She is deeply committed to public service, currently serving as Chair of BC’s Provincial Child Care Council and as an appointed member of BC’s inaugural Anti-Racism Data Committee. Daljit is the fractional Executive Director of SACH Community Hub BC – South Asian Community Hub, where she continues to build impactful partnerships and systems for sustainable community development. In addition, her consulting firm provides strategic leadership education, business coaching and equity-focused consulting services.![]()

Last week at DIVERSEcity’s School’s Out Summer Camp, in partnership with United Way BC - Lower Mainland, our campers explored the theme of Service to Community — and a special visit from Delta Police Department brought that to life. Delta Police officers took time to talk about community safety, answer curious questions, and even let the kids explore a police car up close!![]()
