Behaviour Intervention Program for Families

Behaviour Intervention Program for Families

Get support for your child’s behaviour or developmental challenges

Struggling with your child’s behaviour? You are not alone — and we can help!

DIVERSEcity’s Behaviour Intervention Program for Families is here to support parents with kids (aged 0–6) who have behaviour or developmental challenges. Support your child, improve your mental health and the wellbeing of your entire family

Through our free program, you will:

  • Get information, tools and resources on dealing with challenging behaviours
  • Get referrals to community services
  • Access one-on-one consultation with a DIVERSEcity clinical counsellor
  • Attend a weekly parent drop-in to learn parenting tips and connect with other families going through similar experiences (includes free bus tickets and snacks!)

This program is open to newcomer, refugee and multicultural families in Surrey who may not speak English as a first language.

Priority for Dari, Farsi, Hindi and Urdu speakers.
