DIVERSEcity School’s Out Summer Camp 2025

DIVERSEcity’s School’s Out Summer Camp, in partnership with United Way British Columbia, is an accessible intercultural camp experience for children six to 12 years old at Hellings Elementary and Hawthorne Elementary in Delta, BC.

Our camps promote cross-cultural awareness, environmental responsibility, personal wellbeing and family involvement. With a focus on hands-on, inquiry-based learning and building positive relationships, children take part in:

Games
Crafts
Library time
Daily outdoor activities

This summer day camp will take place July 16 to August 18, 2025, Monday to Friday, 10 am – 2pm.

Registration is done through Hellings Elementary and Hawthorne Elementary and priority is for Indigenous and newcomer children and other children in the catchment area who are high-risk or facing barriers to summer camp opportunities.
