
Youth for People and the Planet: a youth leadership and micro-grant program
Care about the environment, reconciliation, inclusion, democracy or other social issues?
DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society is looking for youth from across British Columbia to develop community-based projects!
- Get eight weeks of skill-building support, workshops and mentorship to develop your leadership skills
- Get help you write a proposal for your own community-based volunteer project
- Have a chance to be one of 300 winning proposals that receive a $5,000 micro-grant to implement your project
Who’s eligible?
Youth aged 15–30 from:
- BIPOC Indigenous, 2SLGBTQ+, newcomer and underserved communities from Metro Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Okanagan, Kootenays and Northern BC
